David Woollard – Consultant

David is an experienced trainer who has designed and led a wide array of HR programmes including performance management, recruitment, selection and assessment, coaching and mentoring, formal and informal discipline and absence management. He has acquired his knowledge and expertise as a result of holding several Management roles in Learning and Development and in HR with a well-known national charity, several NHS trusts, a local authority and two international engineering companies. His current clients include GE Energy, the East of England Trading Standards Association and Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex County Councils. David holds a MEd in Training & Development from the University of Sheffield and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
