Graham has over 25 years of experience of helping improve people performance in organisations, both as a line manager and as a consultant. He specialises in change management, executive coaching, creating and facilitating high performance teams, skills transfer and Lean Six Sigma. He is also an experienced programme and project manager.
He is constantly researching and developing new ways to help clients meet the challenges they face: in the last few years he has created a new approach to improving customer experience in the NHS and a unique method for sustaining complex change in organisations. He is currently developing a new way to help client executives to optimise decision-making and execution.
Graham was a director in KPMG Consulting, and has a background in manufacturing and distribution management with Procter and Gamble. He has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Leeds University and is a certified Prince 2 practitioner
